We offer you three different billing models. Decide for yourself which best suits your company.

HP Level Pay is usage-based and fair because you only pay for the supplies we deliver to you.
The fixed monthly price is recalculated once a year. It is based on the assumed usage of supplies – toner cartridges, ink cartridges, maintenance kits etc. – and is estimated on the basis of the volume of material supplied per device. The HP Service Portal provides the basis for calculating usage.
And what happens if more or less material is used than estimated?
Just like your electricity bill at home, additional usage is charged for once and if you don't use your full allocation, it is settled the following year by your fixed monthly price being reduced the next year.
Fully automatic requests and proactive delivery of supplies is available as an option by means of HP Remote Monitoring for the HP Level Pay billing model. |

HP Base+ is page-based and variable. The basic monthly price per device covers all service work. You pay for supplies and maintenance by paying an additional price per page printed. The price per page is based on the assumed level of coverage and the mono/colour ratio per page. If a parameter changes, the price per page is adjusted.
If your usage is minimal, the variable page costs may be reduced in the following year.
HP Remote Monitoring is obligatory for this billing model. |

HP All In is a page-based billing model with a minimum volume. You pay a basic monthly price for a minimum volume of printed pages.
If you print more pages than estimated in the minimum volume, these costs are charged in addition to the basic price on the basis of an agreed price per page.
HP Remote Monitoring is obligatory for this billing model. |
