HP Remote Monitoring, available as an option depending on the billing model you select, reduces costs further: A central device* automatically records the usage data and maintenance requirements of all the copiers and printers in your company and forwards current requirements directly to the HP database. The delivery of supplies and on-site maintenance is triggered automatically once the data has been adjusted. Deliveries are made within 48 hours.
